We’ve welcomed team members from retail, hospitality, telesales, door-to-door sales, and customer-facing roles. If you’ve worked with people and know how to build rapport, you already have the foundation to succeed with us.

Full training and support: We provide all the tools you need for a smooth transition, starting with our comprehensive ITOL Accredited training. From there, you’ll receive dedicated 1-to-1 field-based training, ensuring you feel confident and supported as you represent our incredible charity partners.

Transferable skills that boost your CV: Develop communication, persuasion, and resilience—skills that are valuable in any career. Fundraising experience looks great on a CV and opens doors to future opportunities.

Work with meaningful causes: Represent charities like Macmillan Cancer Support, Alzheimer’s Society, and the Royal British Legion. Your work will directly support people who need it most.
